As for TV series somebody recommended The Good Wife. No idea what it is about but I shall investigate

The second book's good, too. Music and Silence bored the ever-living **** out of me, though and I slung it after about 100 pages. What sort of c**t would bother writing about Danish royalty, ffs?

Political bias annoys me, even when it's against views I have little in common with, like the US Right.

Also, Sorkin's never-ending smart-arse dialog annoys me. No-one speaks like that all the time. I could only cope with a few series of West Wing before tiring of it.
