IEP Method™
Presence Reboot.
1. Notice your energy & presence. Be present. In your
body. In this moment.
2. If it’s “off”… intend what you WANT it to be. (Visualize
it. Feel it. See it. Breathe it.)
3. Do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself.
(Hydrate, food, bathroom, send an email, write
something down, “clear” with an “impact responsible”
friend, call your mom, etc.)
4. Step into your Intentional Energetic Presence. Step into
the intended presence you set in step 2.
5. Go. Show up. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Presence Quick Tips.
1. Where is your attention? (Internal, external, intuitive)
2. What is your physical presence? (Is it helping you?
Facial expression, posture, body language, breathing,
tone, etc.)
3. What is your emotional intention? How are you
regarding the other person? How are you “holding”
them?
4. How do you WANT to show up?
5. Go.
