I thought I had renewed 3 season tickets in May, but, due entirely to a cock up on my part, I hadn't completed the transaction.
On Friday I received a telephone call from the box office asking whether I was happy for the season tickets to lapse. Upon realising my error I was able to pay for them there and then, thus resolving matters. They even mentioned that if I needed a few days to raise funds they would happily hold my tickets until the end of the month.
