And do you know that the Israelis are deliberately targeting innocent civilians? Only it's my guess that they'd much rather not kill civiians, since it makes for crappy PR.

How many attacks on their population do the Israelis have to suffer before it becomes acceptable to take military action to try and stop it? What should they consider to be an acceptable level of casualties?

them killing your citizens is not wrong. Indeed, it is one of the first responsibilities of any state to protect its citizens. That's what Israel is doing. If you choose to interpret it as collective punishment, that's your hangup.
