I have chickens in my garden in a pen. There is no roof yet they don't fly away.

They just make a f*ck load of noise from sunrise at 5am :angry:

Chickens still have flight feathers which are normally clipped (as I suspect yours have been) to prevent escape. Of course you won't see flocks of them...
