paid more wages than everyone in the squad including Ozil and Sanchez?
(Assuming some newsnow stories have some bits of truth. I actually trust them a bit more now we've bought the Chile chappie.)
And would being paid more than Ozil and Sanchez mean AW thought he could be a more valuable player?

flogged Ozzil for half the cash.
Likewise, if Barca want to do similar for Suarez.
But who are they replacing him with?
Or is there any truth he refused a new deal? Cos I believe he only has one year left.
So if we actually benefit from a Nasri/RVP situation for once...
Oooh. If that's the case I do hope it's true.

he has only one year left? Like RVP and Nasri? I didn't think players did that to RM, only teams like us...

And before you ask whether Kroos is any good: Yes.

and out DM who'd take the Arteta role and sit deep, or he is and Kroos is like the Rambo and RM are gonna play without a DM.
Or (thinking about it) Germany could play with two defensive=ish midfielders.
Like we did when starting Flam and Arteta. Which works if the front 4 are all brill. (And they did put 7 past the Brazzers.)
But bottom line is we could get him, he'd be worth the wages and is a serious upgrade on Arteta?
