Hotel (forget which one) and I wondered why all my more experienced colleagues were backing off when it came to buying him a drink. Then he ordered that and I had to try and not look shocked when I had to pay.

Still, at least that one was on expenses. The same, sadly, cannot be said for when I bought Shane McGowan a pint of Martini in a pub in Donnybrook. :yikes:
