at first it seems you must be here between 11 and 3 which seems fine.

But they still assign you a start time. And if you want to come in late you still need to tell them. You always need to ask to do everything.

What happens instead we have to clock in and out on our computers. And whatever extra time you work you get kept in reserve. maximum 75 hours and you can then use it but again you need to tell everybody all the time. I can't just decide to leave at 4 for example.
