im going to marinate them in milk,olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaf , black pepper, salt and chopped green chilli for 24 hours.. then put on skewer with onion, green and red pepper and the lamb...whats the best cut though eh ? and how much of it for 5 people..thanks
