All this Sanchez excitement, but I assumed that (other than a new RB and 2nd choice goalie) the two areas we most needed to strengthen are striker and DM.

We had loads of no.10s last summer (Santi, Jack, Tommy, Ox) and only one striker. So we bought Ozil.

We have Santi, Poldi, Ox (and maybe Serge) who can play left wing, and only one striker, and everyone gets obsessed by Sanchez.

Arteta and Flamster would do for next year, but we don't seem to be linked with a striker or a DM.
