Irritating bar experience for France-Germany game

Went to an out-of-the-way bar so I could focus and actually watch the game. One of those half-acquiantances -- you know, the people you've been introduced to enough times that it's rude not to talk to, but who you don't know well enough to feel comfortable around -- pops up and sits down at my table with a couple of his friends and proceeds to yap the whole f**kING game.

What would you have done to solve this AWIMBERs.

I've decamped and changed bars for the next game. :-)

If they had joined me at the table, I would have sunk into a deep abyss of endless self-loathing over my poor decision-making.
I would then get really drunk to escape said feeling and (deliberately?) embarrass myself by ****ting my pants in an attempt to forever erase myself from their social consciousness
