One of the best things is it has parts of the city designed to draw in and then repel complete arseholes so they don't ruin the nice parts for the rest of the people

Not only is it in the dales but it's also in Bradford.

Not only do you take in that massive steel fountain by the station, you get to see Park Hill (one of the most architecturally significant housing developments in the country). You also get to walk through the university campus, literally walk through an art gallery, a botanical gardens and the wonderful peace gardens with its fine victorian town hall.
