removed the facility to move the thing around so you can blow air on your face?
If one wants to wash their face you have either wipe your face on your sleeve then dry the sleeve. Or go to the cubicle and wipe it with paper leading to having enter the dirty cubicle or even worse ending up with paper stuck to ones face.
