Also, I asked on here about whether Giroud was starting, so I'd know the result.

I was told not starting but due to injury (like Kos). That's fair - keep them on bench if not fully fit. So no guarantee of defeat, but no guarantee of victory so I wouldn't have bet.

Germany - if two start then one on the bench is acceptable. I don't wanna be too greedy.
