It always makes me laugh when they show these tables saying how much has been spent.

If Chelsea pay 50 million for Torres
Liverpool 35 million for Carroll
Newcastle pay 15 million for Ba (or whoever it was)
etc etc

Then its still only 50 Million been spent but Liverpool have an extra 15 mill in the balance sheet, Newcastle have an extra 20 mill and only 50 mill has actually been spent. Its a good way of Sheikh whoever and Roman funding the whole football family, just not so good when they start buying from each other
