View Full Version : So, I take it that this Ornstein guy at the Beeb is credible?

If so, this is going to turn many fence sitters against Arsene. Makes no sense on so many levels.

I'm pretty bitter. If this is true I don't give a f**k who we buy, this summer is a failure.

where we have great strength. It makes very little sense to spend a vast part of our funds on a luxury

Surely we've all long since accepted that we aren't in the business of competing with them for players?

must go for Fabregas in the summer. (apart from Sir Charlie)

Only because now it looks like he is off to the 'enemy' everyone is going mental.

If the objective is to buy good players he'll be the best one out there this summer. Who will he bump out, Rosicky?
He's 27.

He won't be allowed to sign for us for £100-a-week just because he likes us. His missus wouldn't stand for it, for one thing.

But that's all supposition on your part, not what is being reported.

I suppose we will never know the "truth", whatever that is.
