So what the f**k is England's problem? It's only ever a problem if you don't give a warning, surely?
Cook really is a whiny little bitch, btw. Quite how you lead a team to an Ashes whitewash and then don't have the decency to fall on your sword, I'll never know.
and follow the rules not old fashioned stuff then all this bollox..very annoying..whinging poms in extremis..embarrassing all round

he broke the rules so it is a no ball... Butler broke the rules so is out... was quite decent for the Sri Lankan to give him 2 warnings imho
Our Under 9's and Under 11's give 1 warning then it is fair game

pay off. Whining about it makes him and his captain look like ridiculous, spoiled little c**ts.
just looked sloppy/half asleep.
Don't get me wrong I'm not making excuses for him, it's equally bad, especially as you say he'd been reminded twice.
He should be held accountable.

****y about it.
The lad should have listened. I never, ever stepped out of my crease until the delivery stried. Never trust anyone!

But it is only ever noted if you take the piss.
This is in the rules to prevent serious abuse and is usually used only in specific circumstances.
