he broke the rules so it is a no ball... Butler broke the rules so is out... was quite decent for the Sri Lankan to give him 2 warnings imho

Our Under 9's and Under 11's give 1 warning then it is fair game

Don't get me wrong I'm not making excuses for him, it's equally bad, especially as you say he'd been reminded twice.
He should be held accountable.

This is in the rules to prevent serious abuse and is usually used only in specific circumstances.
