3) How the fk??? does progressive taxation create fat cats??? It is the elimination of progressive taxation (as endorsed by Adam Smith, creator of capitalism) that led to today's inequality (which has been straight line since 1980 lol)

And if you know anything, er, ok dumb statement, so let me just explain it to you... stagflation - stagnant economy plus inflation. The cure? Control inflation first, then promote growth. Step one, raise interest rates mightily to curb inflation (remember 15% home mortgages?) Carter did that step. Step two, reduce interest rates once inflation is in check, spurring economic growth. Reagan did that. But they both followed the same 1-2 policy. it had NOTHING to do with Conservativism! lol

The crash Obama walked into however, was all about Conservativism. Deregulation and laissez faire economics because you know, you can like TOTALLY trust the invisible hand to self regulate.
