on bike etc or running machine when doing sprints and interval..whats yo problem exactly ? plus it was calculating this from inside a 5 a side hall..which had thin plastic roof..tried out old one and it couldnt get a signal so im happy.. plus my resting heart rate on waking is 42 - 44 :-) not bad for 43 year old smoker drinker imo

:hehe: plus no other cnut tracks back plus i like to get up front...all round good player to have on board imo. Also ive not been doing speed work much so that probably raised it. When I was in late 20's I could get to 200 BPM on bike / interval. So high max rate and also slow resting ( 42-44)

I'll play but I've never really played before. Aussie chap who only ever played cricket.

Plays for the first time and he's suspiciously quite good. We were short on numbers and asked these Russian twins if they would like to play. 'we've never played before' You'll be fine.

They really have never kicked a ball in their life :-(
the ball was rolling slowly instead of kicking it he stood on it and fell face first on the ball :-( :-( :-(

It was quite funny we'd assume people are good solely on nationality. We had a new chef from Portugal. Fantastic get him in the team. He was useless.
