enjoyed imo.. running over 40 miles a week now, big weights in gym, mountain biking..no drink or cigs mon to thur..then some hooorendous sessions :-) plus fry ups and pies..even the occaosional crack...get on it old bean..Watched wolf of wall street Thursday..made me go right out and get half an Oz tbh

get on it ..lifes too short ..no one ever says I wish I hadnt when they die imo * ok some might well sat that ..especially crank..or crystal meth ..but not sniff ..its as old as hookers imo
