I think we should do our utmost to integrate midgets into Premier League midfields the country over. For far too long have they been ostracized from the sport by people who deemed them abnormal, as if only some people are allowed to compete, totally neglecting a contingent which have hitherto been condemned to only achieve sporting success mounted upon the backs of horses.

We need quotas to inscribe these noble creatures into the symbolic text of top-level football. Imagine if every team simply had to field one midget, one leper, a child abuser, and one member of the royal family.
