Games in which, on face value, he was not particularly influential but that still had a far-reaching bearing on his career?

All he had to do was swing at it.

Why oh why was he always so composed.

They made Lehmann get sent off. Then we scored so they punished us at the end.

They also wouldn't allow Sol Campbell have his full moment.
Like when he thought he 'scored' for England that time and went ballistic.

France also.

I'd like to include a Juve match but all I know at this point is that he played 16 games for them. Might have to post a message on juveWimb....

Henry retired from international football after the 2010 FIFA World Cup. ..... France lost against Senegal in their first group match and Henry was red carded

yet helped us to rescue a point(?) by rising like Alan Smith to win a header from which Kanu scored.

It was against some sort of Russians, I think.

I don't think customers of Poundland really give a **** about his career pre-arsenal.

Wasn't it after the last game of the season for Juve that TH was returning to Paris and happened to bump into AW his former manager at Monaco?

In reality, he hates foreign football. Lack of passion, see?

redgunamo

he seemed to have left his real "game" on the coach, the only thing he felt he could do to help the team was "win some headers and get some tackles in", as Tony Adams might put it. Anyway, be an old-fashioned centre forward for the night.
