Hibiscus species are used as food plants by the larvae of some Lepidopteran species, including Chionodes hibiscella, Hypercompe hambletoni, the nutmeg moth, and the turnip moth.

Did you add a bit of grated nutmeg? Loads of pepper? Did you only add the raw eggs to the cooked pasta? Did you - and this is crucial - make absolutely sure not to add any cream?

Obviously, though, running 6 miles a day, helps.

You won't lose any weight swimming. Good for toning, but that's about it.

style nonsense version of Carbonara than the real thing. You literally couldn't reheat a proper Carbonara without ending up with scrambled eggs. :puke:

far less calorific than red wine.

I drink only champagne whilst cooking these days. I feel it sets the correct tone.

Before that, they were unpleasant brown scratchyness and afterwards they were sludge, but for half a minute the milk had soaked in just enough to soften them but not enough that they lost all texture. That was your window.

However, even at their best they're not really worth eating.

Sir Charlie of Nicholas
