have some sort of deal to lift the tax limits on footballers. The salaries at PSG are ridiculous. How can they or the player afford it?

This seems to explain it quite well - if PSG "only" have to fork out ¤20 million can't see it effecting them too much. Bigger issue for them is Monaco's status as a tax haven which means they have to pay a foreign player far more to match the wages a player could get in Monaco
