Watch him use the phrase "internal solutions" in the press conference

for the first time sine the early 2000s.

So internal solutions may just be right.

If the rumour of Steve Bould being shortlisted for the West Brom job is true, then we may need a new assistant manager this summer.

What price TH14 or DB10 rejoining as assistant manager?

Ideally with SuperBob given an official role supporting the team as well. He already seems to be hanging around and helping the squad bond. Being fluent in Spanish and French must help together with Portuguese and a little English and Greek...

for the best person we can get at the time.

He also cost more than 35m.

Add that to the fact he can and does play in midfield and defence for them.

I'd love it to happen but it wont.

we'll need a syccessir with the same philosophy and approach. The best solution would be someone already working under him.

He wasn't even a good captain.
