He does look really good but he missed quite a lot of gettable kicks, I really like Eastmond at Bath also.
I was hoping after that Argentina reserve trip to see him and Wade get more chances, although Wade got injured tbf.

Eastmond should go on tour and probably play the first test (since we have no other f**ker fit). Should be good to watch. And yeah, Ford isn't a great kicker. Ridicules that England only ever see a fly half as kicker - or at a push full back. France seem to produce scrum halves who can kick, other countries have wingers or centres. ffs John Eales was a brilliant kicker yet we only ever think the fly half can do it

seems very restricting, especially when you look at other countries with players like Halfpenny.
France seem to have a thing with scrum-halves, Parra and Yashvili they had a new one kicking during the six nations as well.
I think that's what held me back during my career, I did goal kicking and played on the wing, I was also shít but I think the wing/kicking thing was probably the decisive factor.
