Otherwise, you'll be surprised how few headaches come up. Oh, and you have to be very responsive if your guests have any issue - christ on a bike do people have a **** fit over the smallest things when they're paying for an apartment.

there should be some that will be able to help..... my friends had a place in spain that was only for holiday rentals, obviously you have to pay a reasonable amount to an agent as you will need to organise cleaning, fresh sheets etc... bit different to letting it out for people to live in
