Pires, Henry, Wiltord/DB10 must have come close to doing that?

Herbert Chapman's team was blessed with an irresistible front line of Jack Lambert, David Jack and Cliff Bastin and opposition defences simply had no answer to their combined talents. Lambert scored 38 goals in 34 matches, Jack 31 in 35 and Bastin 28 from 42. Joe Hulme also chipped in with 14 goals as Arsenal racked up 127 league goals, a club record for a single season

Wiltord never scored more than 10 league goals in a season
Ljungberg's best was 12
Bergkamp's 16 (before all the others joined)
Pires only scored 14 (but did so three seasons in a row)

football. A conversation that took place merely seconds after the mongs had been bemoaning the fact that Manchester City (100 premier league goals this season) never really shoot.

when they were questioning him about a report which he couldn't really talk about. And Savage kept going on about it being ridiculous they were concentrating on the Premier league stuff when is it was all about grass roots, no matter how many times Mills explained that they had to release the Premier League stuff now in time for end of season conference (or something) and their extensive study of the grass roots structure of the game would be forthcoming later in the year. "But they should be concentrating on grass roots..." :soundofgunshotfromradio5studio:
