View Full Version : Simple really. Keep all players under contract. Buy: Draxler, Bony, Bender, Aurier, and Viviano

Additional pace (to go alongside Theo and Ox) and the new RVP with Drax. Another powerful CF in the Giroud mold to share the load and offer competition while fitting the way we play upfront. Put Bender as a sentinel in front of our defense (Arteta and Flam serving as excellent back up).

About 80-85 million total?

Hold on to Verm and Pod. Decision is ours. No reason to sell.Replace Sagna and Fabianski who can and will walk out (Thanks for your service fellas). With Bendtner out as well, that's 5 players in, 3 out.

(Maybe add another young CB for cover?)

Would make me very happy, well within our budget, all players we have been linked to, and more than enough to win the PL next year.

No?

He hasn't survived this long in the job by loosing off 85 millions of quids on players just to win the Premier League. Or any other trophy, for the matter of that.

their contract by paying a minimum of 6 moths wages and a maximum of 1 year, no matter how long they have left on the contract.
If a player with 4 years left decides to quit in March, they only pay 6 months wages and can go and play anywhere they like.

on earth do you expect to find the money to pay that lots salary and the current squad.

...from TV and sponsoring, even factoring generous increases and bonuses in current and future squad salaries, should be comfortable for a club that already runs a surplus every year.

Apart from Viviano, of course.

Surely Sir Arsene doesnt rate the chap otherwise he would have played him ahead of the lesser pole at least once, he's had plenty of opportunities.

Personally I think this was less of a loan deal and more cover for a sex change.

Then there will be replacements for Fabianski and Sagna, assuming they go and maybe one other signing.

and he's not what we need, I'd go Remy, Griezmann, Bender and Schmeichel and Richards on frees.
Probably optimistic.

He's also said he had a poor season and wants to stay at Leverkusen. Let's be honest, Wenger has no intention of spending big on a CM option. He's already pinning his hopes on Diaby.
