"Always with a smile on her face", everyone on the montage was keen to tell us. Well I met her a few years ago at the Arsenal Christmas party and she was a sour faced bitch.

who worked in the ticket office, and at that time every AFC employee got two free season tickets and invites to club events (this was pre-austerity, so not sure if they still get such benefits).

Apparently she's always easy to spot in Arsenal crowds because she's always wearing red and white. The f**k?
And that smug stadium announcer of ours said it was a "miracle" they managed to keep her in her seat at half time. Why? If I was told that Robert Pires was going to lead a bunch of Arsenal players old and new in a personal tribute to me, I'd probably hang around to see how it went.

I went to the semi and found it a horrible experience. Football fans are truly the dregs of humanity.
I'm sharing my season ticket next year. Hopefully I can extricate myself completely in a few years.
