I'd rather have Remy or Bony than Balotelli, he just strolls about moaning and waving his arms, like Adebayor in his last season.
We won't get Costa or Cavani, I think Benzema is the only possible 'big name'.

He can be unplayable when he's bothered but from what I've seen it's so rare.
I don't see any manager being able to get him 'fired up' on anything like a regular basis, he's pretty much the opposite of Costa.
El Shaarawy is more of a wide player/support striker , he'd also cost a load, can't see us shelling out for him and a central striker.
