plenty of fluids are being given, obviously

only get mildly concerned if the fluids are not staying down.

I was about to start writing something quite rude then, but I am actually going to be sensible.

Peel and chop up some apple. Put in a pan with a touch of water and a tiny bit of sugar (optional) and boil until it is a mush. Eat.

Was watching with avid Munster fans - they were pissed off with Wayne Barnes even before kick off

I reckon Nigel Owens had a greater bearing on the result of the first semi-final than Wayne Barnes did yesterday for Toulon v Munster. Munster shot themselves in the foot several times.

unusual for Owens to have a bad game though. Could be a cracking final

Saracens quite like the opposition to have the ball, and rely on their defence and tries from broken play. Toulon quite like to keep the ball and rely on Jonny W or Delon Armitage to kick penalties from wherever.

Could be a kickathon between England 10s past and present.
