The suggestion or accusation being that he does not alter the basic set-up of his side irrespective of the strengths or weaknesses of an opponent, or indeed the strengths and weaknesses of the players at his disposal.

While there may on occasion be some grounds for such theories to suggest he simply does not do tactics is of course wrong. The fact is that tactical adjustments can be so small as to be not obvious to you or I.
