I cannot get more than six the majority of the time with work and social commitments which means I'm always tired.

Sleep is incredibly hard to achieve, luckily I get a bit of a catch up at the weekend with a couple of eight hours if I'm lucky

Afghan cave.

Had to remain absolutely silent so as not to be discovered by the f**king Taliban.

I seem to just get up on the weekend as usual.

And lying in bed is boring. I am getting old. Old people get up earlier and earlier as they get older.

Go to bed between 11 and 12 and my alarm goes off at 6.

7am that lights up all the flat. Even though I have put 2 pairs of curtains up.

Then when it's time to go out it's all cloudy and it rains.

Or on rare occasion that it is not sunny. There will be some sort of weird **** going on. Like a crazy bird making noises, or a car crash like saturday morning, or some sort of an alarm going off.

or winning the lottery and what I'd spend it on, depends on my mood :-)

I like waking up say a couple hours before I need to get up and see I have 2 hours left.
Then after what feels like 2 minutes I look again and I have 30 mins left.

Then the alarm is going off.

I just go from my body starting from the feet and say what I would change about it.

That always works. I rarely get any further than the ***** :hide:

If I put my brain in any sort of gear I'm off for hours, I literally have to disengage totally until I'm almost in a meditative state.
