Made a big tortilla yesterday. How long can i keep it in the fridge for?

Any tips for a great tortilla? This is ok but nothing special, however as a first attempt am happy with the outcome.

Much better left covered at room temperature. It will last until you have eaten it! Personally I have never gone beyond 3 days.

to reheat, heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan that has a lid. add the tortilla and a little milk if it seems dry. put the lid on and heat on low heat for 10-15 mins, until heated through.

this will work for a week in the fridge.
