Where's a good 4 day weekend desination in June/July?

I've done Barcelona twice.

Want it to be hot and sunny, with many lovely bars and a waterside settling.

Great location, nice food, lots of bars.
If you go around the 7th of July, Pamplona with the San Fermin festival is within reach for a day trip.

Also, Bilbao is close and a possible day trip.

Saves loads of money. Just need a cheap flight.
