1) We blame injuries every year for ruining seasons. Maybe we could actually look into this to see if we are perhaps doing something wrong in training or in rehabilitation.

2) The attitude of the players during the bigger games away from home has been quite shocking. This needs to be addressed. We need to see if it is a Management point of view or from a psychological point of view.

3) address the weaknesses in the team correctly during the transfer window and try as best as we can to fix these issues. (for example buy a bloody striker) The league table clearly shows we need more fire power.

If the above can be addressed I will be happy. If it isn't it will be the same **** as usual.

1) Your right we do need to adress why we keep getting injuries at key stages of seasons. This is something that both arsene and steve bould need to bring up with medical team in next few seasons. If they can,t explain well then we need some new people in and also work on better rehabilation programme

2) I don,t think its the attitude of the players during the bigger games away from home that been issue but the fact they stopped doing the basics and keeping calm when we gone behind .
We shown in big games away from home in munich, dortmund and spurs that will cana do well in big games away from home


But we need to keep far calmer and stop playing such a high line when we go behind in big away games. At everton, city , liverpool and chelsea the players forgot the team shape and instead went bombing forward like mad men,leaving us totally exposes on the counter attack . I think this is both a manager and player fault here.

I think it not lack of effect but mentally from a psychological point of view when we gone behind away in big games rather then not lose another goal or two and keep ourselves in we gone nailve and bombed forward leaving us exposed to the counter attack.

we don,t do it at home but away in big games it like players have stopped talking to each other. its a mental thing more then anything but both managers and players can change it next season

3) This can be addressed very easiey. We have over 100 million to spend and with champions league football we should buy a top striker and some extra defenders in the window to go from winning the fa cup this season to then winning the lea gue next season


The above will be addressed I will be happy. we made big progress about to win fa cup ending trophly barron run and with higher points total then last season hopfully and that can be pushed even more with thse changes next season
