It was their responsibility to ensure the ground was safe and it clearly wasn't.

I also have no issue with the families here - it's only natural that they want to find out who was responsible for the deaths.

It's the media I have the issue with. The incident is bigged up not because 96 people died, it's because 96 Liverpool fans died. Big club syndrome. How much coverage will the 25th anniversary of the Bradford City fire get next year? 56 died in that.

It's not just Liverpool though. When the two girls disappeared from Soham, we had a minute's silence at all PL grounds because they were wearing Man Utd shirts in 'that' photo. Would the same have happened if they had been wearing Lincoln City tops? Of course not, which is fairly ironic as the latter would have indicated they were actually football fans.
