the excuse once more will be that it was a World Cup summer and the players could not be contacted etc...etc.. and then the old chestnut..Diaby coming back is like signing a new player...and the same will be said for Walcott, Wilshere etc...
And on 31st Aug 2014 Wenger will proclaim he has a big enough squad to compete etc.. :banghead:
