I'm going to Balthazar tomorrow. I've never been. I've just read the Telegraph review which starts, "Everything about Balthazar is perfect, except the food." :-(

a couple of weeks ago. I just skyped her for a one-sentence verdict and she wrote "Not as good as Delauney, or the original in NYC"
Not particularly helpful. I know it was panned by the usual suspects after opening.
