What's going on here? It seems to be everywhere.

City is more of a tag your bike type thing to deter thieves.

But I've seen them set up at Manor House, Angel, Southwark Bridge,
Newington Green.

**** loads of police and vans just pulling over all the cyclists.

Seems like a big operation.
