the manager is, as they would no doubt be allowed to bring in a few signings and that depends on their approach to things.
Who do you get rid of? and where do you strengthen?
On a separate note I can't see Ozil sticking around with this **** going on to be honest. Unless the manager is a high profile type. Or perhaps a German.
