Well arsene i thought you were paid a large six figure sum to organise and motivate them.
Also maybe remind them that their weekly wage is larger than most supporters annual wage so there will not be a lot of sympathy for pathetic nonsense like that....fight for the ball harder, run around more and maybe things will get better.....have a look at everton's example in case you don't know what running around trying harder looks like
