.Ofcourse this is mainly because of the tough upcoming fixtures for Everton.

I do think the Manager has completely lost the dressing room and the players think they can get away with shoddy performances. This can only happen if they know something about the future of the manager and this I feel they are already aware of. The Manager, I reckon has already made up his mind.
