Please AW, for your own legacy. Buy heavily in the summer and get control v the top teams again as the last five years v the top form teams has been appalling! We've been a level below for five years and yes finance is down to that but even I can read a balance sheet to know there is dong in reserve as of the past two years, why not spend it on completing a squad? Obviously there's ozil but thats an exception by the look of it.

Sat there today as soon as the first goal went in knowing it was game over. We always used to have a go but the absolute lack of pace is killing us. Just gutted about it. Long trip home afterwards in this mood.

Realistically we should still take forth with the squad coming back but to get in this position is criminal. Giroud looks absolutely shot. Poldi on the left is dodgy away from home and cazorla needs a break.that little chipmunk looks fried to ****...

Just hope the Wigan game doesn't come too soon, win that and then west ham at home players should hopefully come back and we'll be alright. It is genuinely squeaky bum time..

Eduardo's leg break and weak !mental strength following cost us in 08, this year having a set of *******s on having a punt in January has cost us.

Whether they'll be a change in tact in the summer market will remain to be seen, but I'm willing to give Arsene the benefit of doubt for another year.

Wenger's contract is up this summer and he has been offered a new 3 year deal. If he gets one more season and fails, it will cost at least £14M to terminate his contract. If he finishes 4th and decides to stay, he will probably stay for 3 years. If he fails to finish 4th, should he take the new deal?

Wouldn't be unappealing to any manager.

We need a top, top quality striker. It is an absolute must. We also need a replacement for Vermaelen, another back up at centre back, a new right back, a better player to replace Podolski and a replacement for Arteta. That is 3 top players and 2 squad players. If the manager only signs a one year deal, what top player will sign for the club?

You're being too sentimental about the thing.

It's like giving Lampard another world cup when you should be already focusing on the next generation.
Sure AW can get another season but what's really the point. He's 64 and how motivational can a manager be after so long in a job. ?
Move on..
