Do we gave many EU kids under 16? Gnabry waited until he was 16 I believe. The 18 year rule for non EU players is silly imo. 17 year olds are hardly children.

My daughter however, went to school in Sweden, but was denied playing footie as she was not considered "working" as a football player. The club she joined was not good enough. Insane. :rolleyes:

I remember when I signed my two up for local club here that I was amazed they asked for details of the Irish club they previously signed for so they could send them a transfer request!. I can imagine the hilarity when the Irish club chairman received that form...
