average squads (or squads without big names shall we say). It was after Sussex that he took on England and showed himself completely unable to handle "star" players. Should be fine to take over now then since we have got rid of them all

manage a team to beat South Africa at the Bullring in Jo'burg when you have Steyn and Morkel tearing in at you.

Moores is best suited to county cricket and it's where he should remain.

I read an interesting point re: Mark Elham today. He'd have been perfect for Twenty20 cricket. Imagine how much money he'd have made in the various franchises.

If I were Mark, I'd be one bitter, bitter man these days. He could have been a millionaire.

I think Buttler has the traits to be of a similar ilk one day.

Potentially Stokes as well.

It was a few of the others (Hoggard and Harmison certainly). He basically treated the squad like children and there was an element of the Rioch/Wright incident (when Rioch told Wright that he should be more like John McGinlay) about it all

Quite a few players must be quite bitter. Even people like Darren Gough must have missed out on a lot

equivalent to Luxembourg, Malta etc.

You may have noticed I did not put Cyprus in that category :hehe:

I'd say similar to England getting beaten 3-0 by Slovenia.

Looking forward to our match at The Rose Bowl, Hampshire v Kent in a few weeks time
