If so, why?

to be cautiously confident.

Does it need any more analysis than that? We know it will be a tough game.

Competent performance away from home domestically- the win at villa.

Since then we were shocking at southampton, liverpool and chelsea, poor at stoke and piss poor at spurs. (I am aware thst we won at spurs but, lets face it, spurs were really poor thst day- everton are better st the moment)

If we dont perform a lot better than in those games i can't see us avoiding a heavy/comfortable defeat.

In my living room.

A nice cup of tea and a leonard cohen album does it for me :-)

1) We've got a week's run at it
2) While not a perfect performance, Saturday felt like the turning of a corner
3) Midfield two will most likely be Arteta and Flamini, what we need for a game like this when the opposition will press us. Hopefully Ox will be out wide so we can counter quickly
4) We're better than them.

Not to say we will win but yes I'm confident.

It's not always a particularly impressive response. But it'll be just enough to get the job done.

Well, sort of.

Irrespective of whether there is some inherent medical problem at the club, the fact is that with some of these players available during the last few weeks we could still be in with a strong shout of the title.

And that's to the huge credit of the manager that built this squad.
