Which is remarkably lenient for purchasing a vauxhall, when you think about it

To be honest, though, it's her fault for not having any lights on her drive and for not having rear parking sensors. How is a chap supposed to park without sensors, ffs! What is this? 1895?

I'm in that difficult stage now where all my friends are getting divorced.

Fortunately, as we both feel marriage is pointless any uncoupling will be relatively spontaneous, if you will.

Mind you, she can cook a belting stew.

Tonight, for instance, I'm expected to go for drinks with her friends from work - some of whom I'll be meeting for the first time.

Meeting new people!! At my age!!! :-( What kind of f**ked up bull**** is that, ffs?

Mind you, it costs me a tenner to turn on the ignition but it's just on the right side of subtly classy, the drug dealer side.

Completely by accident, you understand,

Black, 3L, 4wd, massive f**k off drug dealer wheels. I almost didnt take it back to the dealers I was so in love.

I'm off to buy two new cars tomorrow morning, one for the liddle lady and one a f**k off great big 4 x 4. As yet I have no decisions made regarding make or model, but by tomorrow evening both will have been ordered :cloud9:

I love buying cars.

MX5 perhaps. Or Alfa Giullietta.

My other half was so unimpressed that she went out and bought a retaliatory Mazda MX5, ditching her 'proper girls car' of a clio in the process.

Any early steer (geddit!) on the vdlmobile?

MX5 is a possibility. Maybe the new Giullietta. We'll see how she feels when she drives them.

It should start for the first 3,000 miles. Then some other mug can deal with it.

Don't think I ever been in an Alfa that didn't have at least one warning light on.

We had an Alfa on holiday this year, it failed to start atop a mountain so we had to roll it down in neutral and ended up with a Merc.

Mind you, if it was the old model it'd be no competition.

Welling United were playing at home, so the traffic was fun.

I spent about half an hour in there and not a single salesman approached me. I sat in the Giulietta and read the brochures for a bit and then decided they must have made enough sales that quarter and didn't need me.
